the precious botanist lives in a mechanical world with wind up mechanical people. the only source of water and life comes from the remaining cultivated flower girls. the citizens need water to to run their bodies and the flowers need the citizens to help them grow...

Pretty much the Sistine Chapel of painted shoescapes, urban and epic; the safekeeping of domed hearts and blueskies is a touching and inspired metaphor; as awesome an accomplishment as I've seen in a long time... :faint:

i am really happy you like it and so excited to show everyone, ive been working on them since october and it's driving me mad...remember when we had that conversation about how long it take us to paint? well...apparently my speed skill doesnt work with acrylics :faint:

They are absolutely incredible - I don't even know If I will bear to wear them outside, it feels that should be on display rather than on my horrible feet! It's been utterly worth the wait, and I'm so so glad I commissioned you for them. Every time I look I spot something new and even more detail. Thank you so much <3
